King’s College London has multi-faith Chaplaincies at each of its five campuses. The Chaplaincies at St Thomas’ & Waterloo Campuses fall within the area of South Bank Churches. The Chaplaincy is here to serve the King’s community and part of that is to provide pastoral support and accompaniment to students as they navigate their way through their studies and to staff in their work.
The Chaplaincy Team includes chaplains from a variety of Christian traditions (Lutheran, Baptist, Roman Catholic, Orthodox, Church of England) as well as other faith traditions (Jewish, Muslim, Sikh, Hindu Buddhist).
The Chaplaincy often offers advice to students or staff to help them find a supportive church community in London, especially if they have moved away from their home church!
The Chaplaincy space at St Thomas’ & Waterloo Campuses hosts regular morning prayer and hospitality events for the King’s Community.
